外貿單證流程外貿單證流程--------------------------------------------------------------------------------1．客戶詢盤：一般在客戶下perchaseOrder之前，都會有相關的OrderInsuiry給業務部，做一些細節上的了解。．介：業務部及時回復客人查詢，確定貨物品名，型號，生產廠家，數量，交貨期，付款方式，包裝規及櫃型等，peroformaInvoice給客戶做正式介。．得到訂單：經過洽談，收到客戶正式的訂單perchaseOrder。．下生產訂單：得到客人的訂單確認後，給工廠下訂單，安排生產計劃。．業務審批：業務部收到訂單後，首先做出業務審核表。按「出口合同審核表」的項目如實填寫，盡可能將各種預計用都列明。合同審批需附上客人訂單傳真件，與工廠的收購合同。審核表要由業務員簽名，部門經理審批，再交管理部人員審核後才能執行。如金額較大的，或有預付款和傭金等條款的，要經公司總經理審批才行。合同審批之後，製成銷售訂單，交給部門進程員跟進。．下達生產通知：業務部在確定交貨期後，滿足下列情況可下達生產通知,通知工廠按時生產：.1：如果是LC付款的客戶，通常是在交貨期前1個月確認LC已經收到，收到LC後應業務員和單證員分別審查信用證，檢查是否存在錯誤，交貨期能否保障，及其他可能的問題，如有問題應立即請客人改證。.：如果是TT付款的客戶，要確認定金已經到賬。.：如果是放帳客戶，或通過銀行DA等方式收匯等，需經理確認。．驗貨：.1：在交貨期前一周，要通知公司驗貨員驗貨。.：如果客人要自己或指定驗貨人員來驗貨的，要在交貨期一周前，約客戶查貨並將查貨日期告知計劃部。.：如果客人指定由第三方驗貨公司或公正行等驗貨的，要在交貨期兩周前與驗貨公司聯系，預約驗貨時間，確保在交貨期前安排好時間。確定後將驗貨時間通知工廠。．制備基本文件。工廠提供的裝箱資料，製作出口合同，出口商業發票，裝箱單等文件（應由業務跟單員製作，交給單證員）。．商檢：如果是國家法定商檢產品，在給工廠下訂單時要說明商檢要求，並提供出口合同，發票等商檢所需資料。而且要告訴工廠將來產品的出口口岸，便於工廠辦理商檢。應在發貨一周之前拿到商檢換證憑單條。10．租船訂倉：10.1．如果跟客人簽定的合同是FOBCNA條款，通常客人會指定運輸代理公司或船公司。應盡早與貨代聯系，告知發貨意向，了解將要安排的出口口岸，船期等情況，s確認工廠的交貨能否早於開船期至少一周以前，以及船期能否達到客人要求的交貨期。應在交貨期兩周之前向貨運公司發出書面定倉通知（INGORDER），通常在開船一周前可拿到定倉紙。10.．如果是由賣方支付運，應盡早向貨運公司或船公司咨詢船期，運介，開船口岸等。經比較，選擇介優惠，信譽好，船期合適的船公司，並告訴業務員通告給客人。如客人不同意時要另選客人認可的船公司。開船前兩周書面定倉，程序同上。10.．如果貨物不夠一個小櫃，需走散貨時，向貨代公司定散貨倉位。拿到入倉紙時，還要了解截關時間，入倉關要求，等內容。10.．向運輸公司定倉時，一定要傳真書面定倉紙，註明所定船期，櫃型及數量，目的港等內容，以避免差錯。11．安排拖櫃：11.1．貨物做好並驗貨通過後，委託拖車公司提櫃，裝櫃。拖車公司應選擇安全可靠，介合理的公司簽定協議長期合作，以確保安全及准時。要給拖車公司傳真以下資料：定倉確認書放櫃紙，船公司，定倉號，拖櫃委託書，註明裝櫃時間，櫃型及數量，裝櫃地址，關行，及裝船口岸等。如果有驗貨公司看裝櫃，要專門聲明，不能晚到。並要求回傳一份上櫃資料，列明櫃號、車牌號、司機及聯系等11.．傳真一份裝車資料給工廠，列明上櫃時間、櫃型、訂倉號、訂單號、車牌號以及司機聯系。11.．要求工廠在貨櫃離開工廠後盡快傳真一份裝貨通知給業務部，列明貨櫃離廠時間、實際裝貨數量等，並記裝箱和封條作為提單的資料。要求工廠裝櫃後一定要記住上封條。1．委託關：在拖櫃同時將關所需資料交給合作關行，委託出口關及做商檢通關換單。通常要給關留出兩天時間（船截關前）。委託關時，應提供一份裝櫃資料，內容包括所裝貨物及數量，口岸，船公司，定倉號，櫃號，船開截關時間，拖車公司，櫃型及數量，本公司的聯系人和等。1．獲得運輸文件：1.1．最遲在開船後兩天內，要將提單補料內容傳真給船運公司或貨運代理。補料要按找LC或客人的要求來做，並給出正確的貨物數量，以及一些特殊要求等，包括要求船公司隨同提單出的船證明等。1.．督促船公司盡快出提單樣板及運帳單。仔細核對樣本無誤後，向船公司書面確認提單內容。如果提單需客人確認的，要先傳真提單樣板給客人，得到確認後再要求船公司出正本。1.．及時支付運雜，付款後通知船公司及時取得提單等運輸文件。支付運應做登記。1．准備其他文件1.1．商業發票：LC要求提供的文件中，對商業發票要求最嚴。哦 順便提一下 目前我在學的ABC天口語的老浉才和我提過，若要掌握好英語是很容易的..一定具有恰當的學習空間以及熟練口語対象，更關鍵就是外敎水平 歐美母語更好，口語純正才行 不間斷逐日口語溝通 1対1家敎式甫導才可以有非常.好.的學習成效..學習後記得重復溫習捰堂彔音檔，好鞏固知識點。不過實在沒人幫忙的情況，只能上 VOA或BBC獲取捰後材料練習，多說多練不知不覺的語感會提高起來，學習效益肯定會迅速明顯的 發票的日期要確定在開證日之後，交貨期之前。發票中的貨物描述要與LC上的完全相同，小寫和大寫金額都要正確無誤。LC上對發票的條款應顯示出來，要顯示嘜頭。如果發票需辦理對方大使館認證，一般要提前0天辦理。1.．FORMA原產地證書：FORMA原產地證要在發貨之前到檢驗檢疫局申辦。需注意的是運輸日期要在LC的交貨期和開船日之前，在發票日期之後。未能在發貨之前辦理的，要辦理後發證書，需提供關單，提單等文件。經香港轉運的貨物，FORMA證書通常要到香港的中國商檢公司辦理加簽，證明未在港對貨物進行再加工。1.．一般原產地證：一般原產地證可在中國貿易促進會辦理，要求低一些。可在發貨之後不太長的時間內補辦。如果原產地證書要辦理大使館加簽，也和發票一樣要提前0天辦理。1.．裝運通知：一般是要求在開船後幾天之內，要通知客人發貨的細節，包括船名，航次，開船日，預計抵港日，貨物及數量，金額，包裝件數，嘜頭，目的港代理人等。有時LC要求提供發送證明，如傳真告書，發函底單等，注意按客人要求的時間內辦理。1.．裝箱單：裝箱單應清楚地表明貨物裝箱情況。要顯示每箱內裝的數量，每箱的毛重，凈重，外箱尺寸。按外箱尺寸計算出來的總體積要與標明的總體積相符。要顯示嘜頭和箱號，以便於客人查找。裝箱單的重量，體積要於提單相符。1．交單：1.1．採用LC收匯的，應在規定的交單時間內，備齊全部單證，並嚴審單，確保沒有錯誤，才交銀行議付。1.．採用TT收匯的，在取得提單後馬上傳真提單給客人付款，確認受到餘款後再將提單正本及其他文件寄給客人。1.．如果TT收匯的，要求收全款才能做櫃的，要等收款後再安排拖櫃。拿到提單後可立即寄正本提單給客人。1．業務登記：每單出口業務在完成後要及時做登記，包括電腦登記及書面登記，便於以後查詢，統計等。1．文件存檔：所有的文件、LC和議付文件必須留存一整套以備查用。1．單證員平時應注意收集運介變動，船期，航網，等信息，為業務員介提供幫助
